Weight plateau

3 week lost 7kilos. This is 4th week and gained 1.5kilo. Still strict on calories and exercise. Maintaining 1000 - 1200 calories. Frustrated and loising motivation. Please suggestions

A plateau is longer than 1 week - 4- 6 weeks or more is the general consensus.
Weight fluctuates up and down for alot of reasons - water weight from extra sodium/a new workout/tiredness/hormones/stress etc.
Track your calorie intake accurately and you'll keep losing.
You haven't mentioned how much you want to lose? 1000-1200 seems very restrictive.
7kg in 3 weeks is amazing! stick with it and you will continue to lose.

The day before a weigh in, drink a ton of water to make sure your salt is washed out. Also look at the big picture, just keep eating less calories then you burn and you will lose weight. (Basic science)1
