I'm curious if anyone else has had luck with a lower
Carbohydrate intake diet being endomorph?
I'm at 1800calories right now with a setup as follows.
Protein: 50%
Fat: 20%
Carbs: 30%
My bodies been really stubborn, I do cardio 5x a week and workout 5x a week.
Current weight 238lb at 16 to 18% bf
I'm looking to drop another 18lbs of fat.

I'm just getting started with something similar (40P/35C/25F). I'll have to let you know how it goes! I have tried almost everything else, so we'll see how this goes. Best of luck to you!0

How accurately are you tracking calories taken in? At 1800 calories/day, I don't think you'd have any trouble dropping weight, especially doing that much cardio, no matter what the macro breakdown is or what your "morph-ism" is. Not sure how you're tracking calories taken in and expended during cardio, but be sure to remember that most calorie burns for cardio are over-estimated (on this app and even with most trackers) and if you're under-estimating your intake, that may be why you're not losing.
Short version: Calories in, calories out.0
