I need a boost!

I have steadily lost 1lb a week. I am down a total of 7 lbs since I started myFitness Pal and 25 total from the beginning of my weight loss journey. I want a 2 - 3 - 4 lb week!! I would love just one week to be super exciting. LOL!!

    Don't know where you're at, where you started, or how far you have to go.

    But one thing I can say for sure is keep consistent tortoise for the hare will not win this race!

    However in the limited knowledge I do have, I know that the closer you get to your goal weight the slower the weight is to come off. Congrats on 25 and keep up the amazing work.

    Congrats on what you've done so far. I'm with Atma on this. A 2/3/4 week always feels good, but can also be flukey. Steady is the way to go, it will all come off eventually. Good luck!
