I need a boost!

I have steadily lost 1lb a week. I am down a total of 7 lbs since I started myFitness Pal and 25 total from the beginning of my weight loss journey. I want a 2 - 3 - 4 lb week!! I would love just one week to be super exciting. LOL!!

Don't know where you're at, where you started, or how far you have to go.
But one thing I can say for sure is keep consistent tortoise for the hare will not win this race!
However in the limited knowledge I do have, I know that the closer you get to your goal weight the slower the weight is to come off. Congrats on 25 and keep up the amazing work.0 -
Congrats on what you've done so far. I'm with Atma on this. A 2/3/4 week always feels good, but can also be flukey. Steady is the way to go, it will all come off eventually. Good luck!0
