Ok so my family wants to go to dinner tonight it doesn't matter where just somewhere. They are getting sick of my diet cooking lol. Can anyone tell me a place that won't be so bad and what to get.

Thank you ,
Jennifer

    couple of tips

have lots of water with your meal
    dont use any salt
dont have any dressings or sauces if you can
stay away from the bread while waiting for food to come

and most importantly enjoy yourself :flowerforyou:

I like Chili's guiltless grill items. And Applebees has weight watchers options.

Have you looked at the calories in Chili's guiltless menu? When I looked in the past, the stuff that I'd like to get were too high in cals to justify eating (but I am not sure what other options there are since I only lookd at stuff I'd like).

    healtydiningfinder.com is amazing.

They have stuff right around 500-600 calories. Much better than a regular entree there!
