What do you think of this new workout?

Hey everyone!

So I found this new workout from Fitness Magazine, it has some pretty intense claims of being able to burn 400 calories within 37 minutes. Those are pretty great results if they are true!

Does anyone have experience with this kind of workout? I would love some opinions!

    I don't know if the results of burning 400 calories is true, but I have done similar workouts and enjoy them. I don't even know how this is determined. Also, it was a difficult article to read with all the pop-ups and ads, but I got the gist of it.

    I am in the process of purchasing a set of kettle bells to do this type of routine at home as right now I have to wait until I get to the gym. In the meantime, I use the dumbbells I have at home for the same exercises - they don't move or balance quite the same as the kettle bells, but it works for now.

    Looks like a good workout I love trying new things it's always good to switch up workouts so you don't get bored or your body doesn't get adjusted to it push yourself past your comfort zone

    I do kettlebell workouts.....good but doubt they burn that many calories.

    If the intensity is like of crossfit you will burn that many calories it's all the effort you put into is what your going to get out of it
