Let's keep it simple this month simple. 5 days per week The output needs to be equivalent to a 1K(katie) - at least a 500 calorie burn at an exercise of your choice. Starts May 1 ends May 31, exercise needs to be logged on myfitnesspal.com. And if you are a friend for family of the McDaniel clan, I'll throw a camelbak water bottle to the winner.

Due to concerns about the calorie burn and time consumption during baseball season... the challenge has been modified to 350 calories over 4 days.2
