Hello, Anyone else have A LOT of weight to lose?

Hello all.

I started trying hard to lose weight 10 days ago. I have a terrible sweet tooth. I have cut out all chocolate, cakes, biscuits, sweets, etc to see if it helps. I weighed myself after a week and had lost 6 pound which I thought was a good start so now I have to stay motivated and keep going.

I actually need to lose over 200 pound so so I know it will take time but I will make it happed. :-)

    I have to lose 100. Started last week so 10 days ago and have lost 5 lbs

    I need to lose almost 100 lbs as well started dieting and walking as much as possible 5 days ago and have lost 4 lbs so far

    i watched this movie documentary on netflix the other night called unsupersize me it was really
    good. I am a carnivore but this young lady was 345 and she started a vegan diet with 1 hour of exercise daily and in one year she lost 200. I know I love my meats and pasta so I wouldn't be able to do that vegan diet for a long time. But next week I am going to try for a week and see how it goes. sorry I am babbling lol

    I was down 100 pounds last year, but 15 pounds back on after Thanksgiving. I'm back down to a 100 pound weight loss but still need another 150 lbs. Still going strong and not going back to where i was ever again.

    I've got a bit over 100 lbs to lose. And probably like a whole bunch of people here, I've tried a bunch of things. Some success, lots of good intentions left behind. I'm going to start again tomorrow, and I'm glad to know I'm not alone in this.
