Recommendation for progessive get strong plan

Looking for recs for a female workout plan. I know my way around the gym, go 5 days a weeek and I'm used to lifting. I just dont feel like I'm ever progessing , never getting stronger. So I'm hoping a plan that sets up goals for me would be the best route. Want to get strong!! Thoughts and recs?

    StrongLifts
    Starting Strength
    StrongCurves
    IceCreamFitness 5x5
    All-Pro's Beginner
    5/3/1

    etc.

Really, any time-proven strength program should get you either where you want to go or at least started down the path.

If you've already been lifting for a while you might try 531. It's geared toward intermediate lifters with smaller progressions built in each cycle.

I've been using strong lifts 5x5 for 2 weeks since everyone on here was always talking about it I finally decided to try it and I think it's a really great structured way to lift and gain strength overall they even have an app that does everything for you! Besides actually lifting lol

I'm inputting my stats. It asked ___ × lbs squatting. Do i put in how many I do in a set (10) or total for that exercise? Say i do 3 sets of 10 at 95 lbs. Do I enter 30 x 95lbs? TIA!

And, thread has covered all possible options in record time. Well done, thin mints for all!

I second 5/3/1. I've personally used it for over 3 years now.

Google Jim Wendler 5/3/1 and read up on it. The article should be on T-Nation.com
