Is anyone doing Trim Healthy Mama ? You do not need to be a mama or even a female to benefit from it.A few friends of mine have had good results with it. You can learn about it on YOUTUBE.

    YES!!!!! I have been eating the THM way since Jan 27th. Actually my whole family has. I weigh in tomorrow so we'll see...
