Start for real after 60 days of logging

I've been on and off mfp for years. This is my longest streak. And while I am dropping weight, it's just not as consistent as it should be according to my logs.

This last month, I made one big change for the better, I started lifting! I thought I could blame that on my stall, but after educating myself, I really need to start weighing my food.

So tomorrow it starts. My food scale will be delivered. And I will commit to changing my body, health and mind for the better!

Would love some friends to keep me accountable! Especially if you are dedicated to weighing your food!

    I weigh my food too! I feel like it's important, otherwise those extra calories will be sneaking in :) You can add me if you want.
