Healthy thick, not skinny. Buddies needed

Looking for some buddies to help keep me motivated. Not really looking for a target weight just want to lose weight till I feel comfortable with my body type. I'm excited to get started on this journey. I know I will be sucessful. Everyday is a chance for a new beginning.

    I think it is great that you don't have a specific target in mind. Maybe just set some intermediate goals, such as lose 5 or 10 lbs by a certain date. The little successes will help you keep going. Good luck. You can add people by clicking on their name and then the "Add As Friend" button.

    Thanks DennisA7p! I have set a goal of 10 pounds by June 5th, sons graduation date, but I realize that this goal may be a little out of reach. I set that goal only because I needed a number, really the goal is to feel better in a dress by then. Thanks for the support!

    I also have a 10lb goal by May 31 as it is my daughters graduation date.
    Took me forever to figure out how to add friends.
    Click on their name. And then click on their name again and a add friend box should show up.
