Low fat, low carbs, high protein ideas????

I am doing low carbs because I have PCOS. At first I compensated with higher fat but since had my gallbladder removed, it was really making me sick. I need ideas for High protein, low carbs and low fat food to add to my everyday diet.

Right now I have :
-Chicken
-Fish
-Low fat cheese
-Greek yogourt
- Almonds
- I have to look at a shake powder that is low carbs

Do you have anything else for me?

    That sucks, it must be difficult. If eggs are too fatty, how about egg whites? Nut butters may be too fatty. Leafy veggies and others like broccoli have carbs, but not too many. Canadian bacon is low in fat and carbs, but read the label to make sure it doesn't have added sugar.
