Calling All Vegetarians

If there are any vegetarian cross fitters out there, I need help meeting my protein requirements. Or, do I just use protein powders?

    I'm not cross-fit, but I do try to lift heavy! Right now I'm supplementing with some vegan protein powder (I like the Whole Foods one, and I'm gonna try some Orgain tomorrow), edamame spaghetti (stuff is awesome, packed with protein), kefir, and Greek yogurt. Lots and lots of egg whites. I'm pescetarian too so I try to eat salmon once or twice a week. I've been trying to eat more beans, but don't really like them too much, maybe some folks have some good recipes. Hope that helps a little, good luck!
