Hello, My name is Willow-Grace. I have CHF and Peripheral Neuropathy, but it doesn't have me. When starting this journey I could only do 10 mins of chair cardio. Yesterday I completed 4 miles with walking dvd @home. No grapevines or grand de jandes yet, still a little spastic. Lol
