Today, I'm officially 10 pounds lighter. I've been lifting weights and doing a little bit of cardio here and there. It took 4 months, but I'm definitely seeing a difference!

SW: 202.4lbs
CW: 192.4lbs

    It was obviously a reeeeeeeeally slow loss. I'm pretty muscular under this layer of pudge, so I thought maybe that had something to do with it.

    Ho I needed this- glass wine after work- long work week!' I'm lamenting my slow rate loss - well Friday! But I'm lifting & that scale moving slowly slowly but my shape changing nicely- got to remember it's not all scale - you look amazingly

    Omg! That is amazing! I know what u mean exactly. It took me 4 months to lose 10 pounds too. I am impatient to get this weight off but they say the slower the better because it will stay off! Congrats!
