Hi Everyone! A challenge to myself is to stay on track and under calories for the entire month & go 2 the gym atleast 5 times a week. Anyone is welcome 2 join and help motivate each other. I need a kick up the bum, my eating has been terrible this past month

I would love to join you! I will also stay on track by keeping my calories low. I am not a member of a gym, but I will be more consistent with my workouts by running on my treadmill at least five days a week. Let's motivate each other!0
