Hi everyone! I started a new DVD. I just finished week one with Jill, and wow. I see changes already!! Join if you would like, I will update every week.
START - 142.4
WEEK 1 - 143.0
(I am assuming I gained some muscle which is totally fine because I noticed such a change in my stomach)

Congrats!! I'm finishing up Jillians 30 day shred and love the results i've got
deciding between ripped in 30 or 6 week 6 pack next!

I am completing the Ripped in 30 this week (just started week 4 today). I already did the 30DS and I am going to do the 6 week/6 pack beginning next Monday. I have noticed that in doing the Ripped workout these last 3 weeks I have not lost much weight but I think I am gaining more muscle instead0

GOOD! I was wondering why I gained a pound lol. I really think Jill's dvd depend on how your body works. When i did the shred, I dropped so much weight. Now i am concerned on toning..0 -

Just did the video for the first time this morning! I'm on the last week of 30 Day Shred, so I thought it wouldn't be too bad- but it was really tough!! haha Great workout though, I love it0

I was planning to start that video this weekend. I always start it and then get bored with it after about a week. Would really like to start it and stick with it to really see the results!0
