Hey guys! My name is Sara and I will admit that I am possibly the most lazy person you'd ever meet. I start and go for about 2 weeks then I quit. My #1 hardest thing to do is stop drinking soda. I need all the motivation and advice I can get! Thank you everyone!

I drink Sprite Zero I don't drink lots but I think for 250g it's only 3 calories that's what it's says on here anyway hopefully that might help but does depend on what you drink :-)

I just read an article about the impact of diet sodas and other products...it appears that they may cause a chemical reaction that affects your body's ability to sense fullness. I'd give it up all together...drink water (maybe infuse it with fruit?) Or sparkling water when you are really craving it

I spoke to my dietician about my diet soda addiction. And while she said it has no nutritional value whatsoever, it's not what everyone makes it out to be.

I drink diet soda and was able to lose and maintain the loss. For every article saying it's horrible, there is an equal amount of articles saying it's not. Remember it didn't take a week for all of the weight to accumulate and it won't take a week for it all to come off. This is for the long haul and you have to stick with it in order to see any changes. Good luck!
