Hello. Today is my first day and hopefully my last try at this as I hope to be successful this time! My biggest challenge is finding the time to do this. I work long hours and it can be a challenge to fit exercise in. But I back on the horse and willing to give this another go.

    Hello, I'm starting back today also. I failed so many times but now I really have to get serious. I have gained 22 pounds in 6 weeks. I did nothing but eat fast food, drinking regular sodas, and I have not worked out in the gym in 2 months.

    Its ok its not just about just working out .. Uts abiut the calorie deficit .. Good luck

    I work long hours too. I've lost almost 25 lbs. I don't work out at all. I just eat better food and not so much!! You can do it !!
