I pleased im actually losing weight even though its just my third day with this app but i feel positive that logging in and keeping track of my food diary actually works i hope i could keep it up without cheeting lol

Congrats!! I also find that MFP really makes weight-loss easy. Such a great way to follow what you're doing and be able to see if you're doing anything wrong if the scales don't move! Good luck to you x1

Yes, isn't this app awesome! I like looking at my macros and saying yep, I definitely should not be be eating this right now. Lol. Good luck on your weight loss journey! However, don't stare at the scale too much. I weigh myself naked every morning and my weight fluctuates quite a bit. Some mornings I'm quite a few pounds lighter and other days I'm not. I'm assuming this fluctuation is mostly water weight differences. The mirror, tight pants fitting, and how I feel is definitely a better indication of fat loss and my leaning out process. Good luck, NO CHEATING! LOL.0
