All over exercise and healthy diet.

Ab crunches will "tighten" the area, but to lose the fat...all over work out!

I am an apple body shape too. I gain in the muffin top area first everytime! A personal trainer told me that you can do ab excersises to tighten the muscle, but the only thing to get rid of exsisting fat is to do cardio! It really works, that's the only way I have lost weight in the belly area! Good luck
  • Thanks for the advice,i have a muffin top and i hate it so much! I do cardio and lots of situps but i still can't see my abs:) Maybe one day!

Cardio! And crunches a couple times a week. You will see definition as your stomach gets flatter. If your bored change it up with some Kick Boxing tapes or class. I struggle with the same problem having my 2 boys 15 months apart. Keep up the great work!

Yes, my belly is um...nasty! After 3 kiddos...now 4, 3, and 8 months my belly has seen better days. Shall I start talking about my "shelf"...that lovely area just above my c-section scar:frown: :grumble:
