    Day 5 and 6 done over the weekend - even with a hangover I managed to push out the 20!! Day 7 and 21 comes later this evening as I forgot to do them before my shower this morning (oops)!

    Rest day tomorrow peeps!! Although I'll be at boxing anyway and always incorporate some into the core section of the workout!

    You guys are doing great! I'm starting over today. I wasn't doing push-ups properly, and I feel like I've been cheating. Knees were down, elbows were out...

    I am trying to gain strength by doing proper form push-ups (elbows close to body, forearms vertical) on an incline and will only start counting perfect pushups in a full plank position for this challenge. I'm definitely improving with my planks, but am still working up to my goal with them.

    Keep up the good work! You are getting stronger.

    Awesome job Icecreampnt! I'll admit I've slacked a bit over the weekend, I was ill thursday and friday (yet still pushed out 24 friday night, then haven't done anymore since then! I'll get back at it with 25 later today!

    I've had to halt the challenge for a bit because I'm having problems with my left arm. Not sure what's wrong with it, but I get pain when my arms are in certain positions so I'm not wanting too much pressure on it until it's back to normal. I'll start over in a week or so when hopefully the pain will have sorted itself out.
