Gaining muscle

Everybody has their own personal goals - I'm finding however that I'm getting virtually no support to gain muscle from anybody because majority of them are trying to lose weight instead of gain it... I would seriously appreciate support and advice on how I should go about this, because I really think it's about time I pull out the stops

Slow reps work better and look up 'negative reps' and '21s'. All good ways to tear more fibers when working out and therefore more will grow when you're healing over the next couple of days x1

Have you checked out the gaining weight forum on here? It has a lot of helpful posts linked in the top post, just like this forum, and some extremely helpful members.1
