Just wondering how everyone got on with the challenge - did you meet your goal?
SW: 192 (25 Apr)
CW: 176.5 (12 Jun)
GW: 170 (4 Jul)
I weighed myself yesterday and came in at 171.5. I've managed to lose 20lbs, but just 1.5 off my GW for the challenge. Still very chuffed and can fit in to my UK12 jeans again (one of my targets). Yippee!
P.S. If anyone is interested I've created a thread to continue the challenge in another 10 week block: 20 lbs by September 12 (10 Week Challenge). I hope this is okay; just thought it was a fantastic idea to help break down weight-loss!0 -
