After a carniverous bbq weekend I am contemplating something a little healthy today.......Any suggestions?

    lol sound slike my weekend. I had one of those veggie steamable bags and two veg burgs. Not a vegetarian by the way, just don't eat enough veggies. :)

    I had a Lean Cuisine Lasagna. I hate frozen dinners, but I didn't have time for anything else.

    I had cottage cheese, fruit salad, and a light & fit yogurt from the cafeteria cooler. I took one look at the daily 'specials' and saw what I think was soup (with a layer of grease on top) and some cheesy potato thingys and walked right on by! I REALLY need to start packing lunch.

    How about a grilled tilapia with zesty lemon and salt, a side of white steamed rice w/ a table spoon of butter and some steamed vegetables :)

    Quaker High Fiber Instant Oatmeal with cut up banana, craisens and chopped apple... I keep this stuff in my office for quick lunches... Have a greek yogurt to eat before heading to the gym after work...
