    Too much slacking on my part = weight I lost over the past couple years creeping back...time to get serious again...I'm in!!!

    Welcome to MyFitnesspal and the walking challenge! Just take a walk and let us know about it. If you go for distance/long walks, make sure you have good walking shoes. I also suggest socks with wicking to help prevent blisters.

    3600 steps today and 30 minutes walking to church super fast to keep up with kids on scooters. :) Not as much as usual but not feeling super good today.

    I walked 60 minutes today taking my kids to the playground and back and 30 minutes walking with my husband later in the day. So 90 minutes on total.

    Rats. I forgot you can't edit a post after an hour--I was going to keep adding to my initial post, updating it each day. So if we want to update daily, we need to add a new post daily?
