Hi, I'm 18 and have been on and off training for a year but I am 3 weeks into going to the gym 5 times a week. I'm a level 2 and currently on my level 3 personal trainer course with only a few weeks to go. I currently weight exactly 10 stone and in 2 years time I would like to weight 12-15 stone and but this on in muscle, if you want to follow me feel free. Also Instagram posts just follow me @3rosst.
