    Hey Brad
yea tough for tall guys to lose weight
    6'6 300 here
I played way back in early 1980's
final game college (1983) I was 6'6 260 Tight end
got a real eye opener at NFL camps offencive guards faster than me
kicked around semi pro for 3 years and actually got heavier slower every year
    final game 1987 Defencive end 6'6 290
Last 30 years I gained 2 pounds every year
    so turned 56 6'6 350 Yikes
Putted around after super bowl with dieting now I weight 305
    So going drastic starting today

    Good luck little Buddy :)

    Hey Brad!
I've got about 70-80 lbs to go and would love to help support ya and encourage you! (any of y'all really) I have an open food journal so y'all can hold me accountable or just be nosey. ;) I'm also active in logging, and I like to get encouragement as much as I like to give it- feel free to add me!
