Binges

I ate a 1200 calorie bag of Gardettos tonight. W.T.F.?! I guess that's all I'm eating today. (Yeah right)

What are your go-to snacks in place of junk snacks?

    I try to always keep loads of veggies and fruits in the house, so that even if I get an urge to binge at least I dont have immediate access to a whole load of junk food - like I will still make an easy wrap veggie & cheese 'pizza' - or I still eat peanut butter (with apple or banana) - but at least it is relativey healthier than getting a greasy takeaway pizza or something along the lines of that...

    That being said I do think that I personally find it easier to manage the bindging urge if I just have small indulgences throughout the week - like every other day (or every day) I make sure i have the calorie budget to allow myself a small (not so healthy) snack - if i want one at all anyway :p

    I'm still trying to figure my way past binges. It's a problem because I stress eat. I also think I undereat during the day because I want to have room for a big snack at night. This makes me hungry. I believe that if I consistently ate a bit more there'd be less binging.
    That said, I'm a sucker for ice cream.

    I love dates with peanut/almond butter, protein vanilla yogurt (I binge so much in these).
    On the other side of the spectrum: Swedish chocolate balls and cheesecake unfortunately.
