Starting over

Hi all. Few years ago I used MFP and lost 60 pounds and felt great but last year was a nightmare and I ended up putting it all back on. Most of the friends I had are no longer active and was hoping to find a few more. I'm from western Pennsylvania married and 2 girls in college. Hoping to get healthy again

Welcome back. I am in the same boat. Lost a lot of weight a couple years back but put it back on and now trying to get back to a healthy weight again. I think a good network on here is key - didn't have that before, so I am looking to build that up now. Feel free to add me.

Hey! I'm re-re-restarting with MFP - over the past two years, I keep losing a couple of pounds, then putting on another twenty! Enough already!!! :s I too have never reached out to anyone here, and this is my first post on the forums, so feel free to add me. Wishing you both all the best! :)

Welcome back. Same with me. 5x I lost over 50 pounds. Now the only tip I can give you is the one I give myself. Once all those pounds are gone... Try to stick to a healthy diet and remember how hard and how much time it took to lose the weight. Good luck I wish you all the best on your/our jurney

Welcome back.....I'm in the same boat. 2014 was an awesome year for me and I had lost 53 lbs. 2015 came in and knocked me flat on my face. I've been struggling ever since and gained back all my weight and then some. I'm always looking for friends on here and I think that is one of my struggles with staying on track. I'm a married mom of 2 extremely energetic kids. I kept my profile pic from 2014 in hopes to keep me going......I wish us both a successful journey. Feel free to add me.

Hi. I'm over 50 and have yo-yoed for years. I've currently lost 40 pounds (over the course of two years), approaching my goal weight, and am trying to not re-inflate. It's a struggle; you have to keep it in mind all the time. Daily interaction with MyFitPal has helped. I definitely don't love working out. But I do get myself to the gym because I paid my trainer and she's expecting me to be there. too. Also, I really like wearing a FitBit to track steps, flights of stairs, etc. Good luck to us all!
