    fed up with my binges, getting worse the closer I get to go - I drew a line under that on Monday this week and I am no longer allowing myself treat days at the weekend, I plan to treat (little bit of chocolate) as I go along and within my calories to see if that stops it .. I know it's the being closer to goal, it's almost like a little won't hurt you are so close, but it is hurting cos Im not moving any closer to goal .. so I'll send you a request, I need the help also :-(

    I'm not a female but man! Dinner is the hardest time to control my appetite! I'm using nutri system specifically to moderate how much I'm eating but at the end of the day I get sooo hungry! It's really crappy trying to not eat and a lot of days I'll just go to bed a lot earlier then normal just to try and get past it

    Ask your Doctor about Contrave. This med is a mircle drug for me. I would binge eat 4 or 5 times a week. Contrave has stopped them completely. Also stopped my eating at night.

    How do you guys deal with this? I binge eat like 4-5 times a week too. I'm so disgusted with myself and my body is suffering with weight gain, acne and my moods. Did anything work? I'm getting really depressed. :(
