Is it bad that I don't eat all my calories I am suppose to in a day? I am not trying to do it on purpose. I just dont meet it by the end of the day. I have to admitt though, sometimes I feel like I am eating too much. Is this normal? ANY advice would be helpful! Also, I have lost 8.8 pds in 3 1/2 weeks. Is that too much, too little? Some people are losing that in a week!

You need to have at least 1200 calories day to be healthy. I have been losing weight for a few weeks now and have only lost 4 lb. Some people lose faster than others.0

Sounds like you are right on course. I would keep up the calories, at least above 1200. I find some days I feel I have stuffed myself, but am still under calorie goal. It's a good thing!!! I have gone over with 'good' fat, fiber and protein, but way low on carbs.0

I would say that 8.8 lbs in 3 weeks is normal.. i'm at 8 lbs for 15 days and everyone is telling me It's fast. I always hit 1200, thats my personal goal0

I'd say it depends on how far under you are from your calorie goal. If it's less than 100 calories, fine, but if you are consistently less by hundreds of calories, that may backfire. Eventually, your body will adjust to that level and lower your metabolic rate.
If you just started losing weight, it's normal to lose more at first...don't get discouraged if the level evens out a little. But yes, 8.8 lbs is a LOT in 3 1/2 weeks, at least in my book! Congrats on the loss! Keep in mind that even if you're trying to lose weight, it's good to think of it as a lifestyle change as well - to get healthy and fit and stay that way! It's easier to maintain loss if you see it as a lifestyle change.

The first week I lost 6 lbs.... it is water weight... you should be fine with that. I never eat all of the calories either... BUT you are suppose to... that is one of my goals because if you DONT eat them all then you wont lose weight. So, CONGRATS on the weight loss!0
