Hello,
I am Nancy. I am finding it hard to stay committed to a diet. I am fifty six and am recently retired. I have hothyroidism and am menopausal. I love to try new foods and ignore the calories. I am taking on the challenge using the my fitness pal. This attempt isn't only to be conscious of my weight but I am also concerned about my health.

Read todays blog on dieting. Dieting sets us up to fail and doesnt do much in long run. Make it all about lifestyle changes. So much more effective, hard but better in the long term. Good luck.0
