Let the gains begin!

Hi, I'm Ryan. I'm 33, 5'8" and weigh about 160lbs. I used this app a couple years ago and have decided to give it another try. I just finished a semester of college and have the summer off. Some of my fitness goals include eating healthier, exercising more, and tracking my progress. I am happy right now with how much I weigh so I'm just trying to lose body fat, gain a little muscle, and get more toned. I am excited to see and feel the changes I can make over the next few months. I plan on going to the gym five times a week for about 60-90 minutes per workout session. I would love to meet some people on here so we can keep each other motivated. Please feel free to add me or send me messages any time. I am somewhat knowledgeable about health and fitness and meet with a personal trainer once every two weeks. Thanks.

    Welcome Ryan! I'm new to this community too. I have about 50 lbs. to lose but I'm going to do it. I've had a great first week. It sounds like you have things planned. Good for you! Best of luck!
