Clorox Wipes On Yoga Mat?

I keep my yoga mat in my room, and noticed that it leaves my hands feeling icky after use. Would something down as clorox wipes or wet ones do the trick?

  My wife thinks you should burn your yoga mat after every use.

  They get a little gross. Just shower well when you are done.

  In my kickboxing class we wiped the bags and floor mats down with clorox wipes after every class. I think baby wipes would be too soapy and leave a sticky mess.
