How do you share a saved recipe

How do you share a saved recipe with your friends without having to re-type the entire thing over?

    copy and paste on Facebook or email it?

    they would need to go to your diary, and copy the meal to their diary. then they can save the meal to their meals (not recipe).

    I believe that when you enter in the recipe into your MFP recipe database with the box ticked to be shared with MFP public database, and give it a easy title, you can tell friends the title and then they can search for it and find. Once they enter it as a portion (edit, number of servings) of that recipe onto your day's food, then the recipe is entered into your friend's recipes. Not sure yet, but I hope so. Just remember the exact title though, or else the search won't work.
