Been working on losing weight for the past two months now. And still own shedding a couple a pounds at a time. It's so hard to keep motivated when the people around you are losing weight left and right and they eat the same things you do. Kinda discouraging, but I'm still going to keep trying or at least logging my foods to see what I'm eating that could be unhealthy for me. I really need to lose the weight I feel like it's taking a toll on my emotions with feeling big and fat and I don't like that feeling. After having my son it's like my health when spiraling down from there so I need to get back to my normal weight.

My fiance has issues that are similar. You're not alone in your struggle. You have to keep trying though because what's the alternative? Giving up and being uncomfortable still? You're in a rut but if you had a kid, you can take on something like this no problem.0
