Lose weight first then shape up. I still go to the gym and exercise but only 2-3 times a week. Im 10lbs away from my goal of losing 40lbs once that happens ill shape up.0

Ditto. I'm losing the weight first to look good in clothing. Then I'm gonna be heavy lifting to look good naked:)0 -
Now just to get in shape and embrace the curves! I'm actually pretty satisfied with my weight now, though it is 10lbs higher than what I was last year. Maybe it's just part of accepting myself and being healthy.0
