Tracking Nutrients

I recently found out that my cholesterol levels are rising and I am trying to control it with diet and exercise. I don't need to loose weight but I do need to lower my cholesterol levels before they continue to increase.
I thought that using a program where I can keep track of the foods I eat as well as the nutrients would be a good idea to get a better hold on things. My blood pressure had be up a few years ago and I got that under control by following the Dash Diet (not to the letter - but my bp is great again).

I want to be able track the carbs, fat, sat fat, cholesterol, protein and fiber. Is there any way to track all of these? I have been tracking my fiber intake for years due to some other issues and can continue to do so if I have to but was wondering if there is a way to track all of these. Thanks :)

So you haven't noticed that you can do that here?
Note: Dietary cholesterol has very little to do with cholesterol numbers. (i.e., don't fear eggs).
Go to a library and pick up some books to learn from.
I have an open diary if you want to check my set up (you have to click on my icon).

    * You can even track your exercise here.
    * I have tried other programs and they are complicated or have bad databases. Stick to this since it's the easiest I have seen.

I do know that the actual dietary cholesterol has very little to do with the numbers. I have been doing lots of research and was just sort of curious which is why I wanted to add that one for a little while. Thanks :)
