Anyone who's had a baby ever get this?

I've had 2 kids and every time I work out I get a heavy feeling around my pelvis area, what can I do to help the heaviness during excersice? Thanks

    Nope, sometimes sore at C-section scar but only very rarely.

    Definitely talk to your ob. That is a symptom of uterine prolapse. Hopefully that's not it but if it is, better to diagnose it sooner rather than later.
