New to working out and need some motivational friends to help me light a fire under it. I have such a hard time staying focused and motivated. I eat really well, just my fitness areas need improving. Call it being lazy, I just can't get motivated to want to work out at all. I guess I tend to hate it and I stay discouraged because I am not losing weight. Its a catch 22....:flowerforyou:

Welcome! I also joined a week ago. Personally I just got into a daily routine and stuck with it. Even taking a walk (as slow or as fast as you want) burns off calories. Feel free to add me!0
