I am finally 1 lb away from being out of the 200's and I am so EXCITED and proud of myself! After 23 pounds of weight loss so far in the last three months, people are finally starting to notice and mention it and I physically feel a hundred times better than I did at the beginning of my journey. Good motivation to keep heading toward my final goal! How do you reward yourself for achievements along the way to keep up your morale?

I buy new workout gear when my current ones get too big
And I just bought myself a swimsuit that doesn't make me feel like I have to hide it under a shirt.
It's the little things that keep us motivated sometimes.

    Keep up the good work!

For every pound lost a few pounds in a pot to go on a spa day or treat yourself. Big well done!

Great job! I treat myself to a book or manicure or something similar when I achieve a goal.

I have 17 lbs to go. Once I hit my big goal, I am signing up for stitch fix for a few months so I can look all stylish & fit & sexy in a new wardrobe.

I got a Kinect and your shape fitness for 15lbs lost. 40 lbs will hopefully be a kick bag. 100 lbs is (if I can afford it) an Apple Watch

I had 2 new tattoos done as rewards to myself ,my hair done professionally at a hairdressers and new clothes when mine got too big.
My big reward though is the end of this month when I fly to Dublin for the first time on my own for the weekend .
I've always wanted to go and never have ,I've been abroad but only on the ferry and coach so the first time on a plane too

When I reach a notable weight milestone I reward myself be staying on the plan, doing the exercises, and generally treating myself and my accomplishments as dust.
