I'M STUCK!!!

I am trying to loose 45lbs but now I'm stuck at 18.... Any suggestions on how to get over this hump? My exercise abilities are limited due to some health issues and I eat as healthy as possible (avg. 1150-1300 cals. a day). HELP!!!

    Not sure...you could try to reset your goals on here, and see if that helps. Also, I'm not sure what you're tracking, but you could change to track things like sodium and sugar. Drink a lot of water and remember that weight loss is gradual. Just keep trying! Good luck

    Try to have most of your calories come from protein and green veggies. No grain carbs after 4pm (such as bread, potato, rice, etc)
