Anyone else see this? The article doesn't address the fact of how intensely and quickly the contestants lose weight and how that could affect the metabolism finding. Will be interested to read the actual study to see if this is addressed, and if it will extend research to people who have lost weight at a more moderate pace while including an exercise routine that is viable for them to continue with (probably won't!).

I also fear it is giving one more reason for people to say the weight gain is not their fault.
