are you logging accurately and consistently using a food scale?
How long have you been lifting? in a calorie deficit?
age? gender?1 -
if you just started lifting you may be experiencing newbie gains even with your deficit .. so you may have put on muscle ..measure your waist as well.. in fact at the moment my waist measurement each week is more important than my weight
goo example is in a deficit I lost 0.8 kg 2 weeks ago and 0.7 cm off my waist and last week I lost 0.2 kg but 0.83 cm off my waist so I feel I actually did better. I don't look that different because I have a lot to lose but I wouldn't have seen the weight lose if I didn't measure my waist
and I strongly suggest you do what person above said0 -
If you just started out weight lifting, your body may be holding onto water to repair your muscles since its not used to lifting weights. Also, make sure you are weighing your food that you cook at home, its very easy to underestimate at home food. Also make sure you are counting the oil you use to cook as well, oil can add a ton of calories very easily.0

Thanks guys. Yes I bring my scale everywhere, haha my girlfriend hates it but its important to me. I've been lifting seriously for about 2 years now. I've been in a "deficit" since about late February/ early March
20 male0 -
My question is are you losing inches? Who cares about weight. Do what you gotta do and the weight will take care of itself. Inches is a better measurement of success.0

If you aren't losing inches fix your diet. Check out Eat to Perform.0

Well I haven't noticed any body difference, in fact I kinda feel like my pants are more snug than before. But I wouldn't know for sure bc I haven't been measuring my waist0
