Am I doing squats wrong?

I've started doing the 30 day squat challenge but the only place i feel muscle pain is the top of my thigh. Am i doing them wrong?

Yup. Leaning too far forward and not going deep enough.0

squeeze your glutes the whole time and especially at the top . concentrate on using your glutes to power the lift, keep your chest up1

at least just below parallel. And if you can go all the way down, that even better but its harder. There are many different opinions on how deep to go. My opinion is below parallel or as low as you can go.0

There is tons of videos on you tube, thats how I learned... Good luck1

When doing squats your back has to stay straight abs and glutes in. Depending on what squat is being done determines how long to hold it0
