Day 5! 5 lbs down

So far so good. 266 to 259. Eating low carb and clean. 5 lbs down but prob water weight. So hard! Want to eat so much bad food! Feels like when I was kicking a smoking!

    Well done :) Kicking the "bad" food is hard, I'm so thankful for low fat peanut butter. It definitely helps with my sweet tooth when I need it lol.

    Be strong the first few weeks for me was the hardest. But sticking with it I'm 60lbs down, its pays off.
