Any advice for a runner?

Hi guys I'm new to this (been on for about a month). Been sticking to the regime and weighing everything and initially dropped 6 pounds but the last couple of weeks my weight has been stable. The thing is I'd had a couple of weeks of not running all that much (was ill) then stepped up my running and started doing some strength work outs as well. Everybody keeps saying I look like I've lost weight and my clothes feel looser but that number on the scale isn't going down. Is this just muscle mass or am I going wrong somewhere else?

I run 20-25 miles a week on average by the way (one long run then drills/hills/sprints/repeats).0

my weight loss slows when I run more. Go with your clothes, measurements etc if you need to see something reducing to remain motivated.0
