Now I never eat my calorie goal I always stay under. But Monday I ate over by 100 but I also burned about 900 calories so am I still good?

Yes. One day doesn't improve or destroy your plan. Consistency does.0

100 is nothing and in the long term it does not make that much difference
you don't want to worry too much about 100 calories or you may end up obsessing too much0 -
For sure. I try to stay within 100 calories of my goal. If you're within that range, you're doing awesome!0

If you save up 16 calories daily, you can have a 100 calorie splurge once a week
If you think that sounded stupid, it was suppused to. Eat to hit your goal consistently, over time, and don't worry about minor details. 100 calories over goal now and then will have no impact on your weight loss.0
