Not new to weight loss, trying to get fit and healthy again!

Hi guys,
Would love to have some motivated mfp friends :)
I gained a lot of weight due to stress, mental health issues and medication.
My bmi is currently around 33 I think, want to get down to 20 and start lifting and running again.
My plan is to get my diet back in track with lots of protein and healthy fats and moderate amounts of carbs and the occasional piece of chocolate.
Anyone can add me, but I'm especially interested in friends with open food diaries to get some inspiration for my meals. :)

    I gained a lot of weight due to anxiety and panic attacks so I understand how mental health can affect your physical health. I used to love to run. Now I have to start again plus add 70 pounds on top of that...
